First season as Head Cross Country Coach at Centennial High School. Prior to CHS, Coach Bove was a Woodland Middle School Cross Country and Track and Field Coach and a coach for Williamson Youth Track Club.
Coach Bove graduated from Mt. Juliet High school, Western Kentucky University, University of LaVerne, and Nashville School of Law. Upon graduating from WKU, Bove was an active duty member of the US Army.
Coach Bove is a fitness enthusiast and wants to instill her love for running and the positive impact athletics can have on the physical and mental health of today's youth. She wants her athletes to understand that no matter how fast they are, each is a valued member of the team, bringing different talents and gifts with them. Coach Bove will always strive to ensure these athletes are achieving the goals that have been set.
Coach Bove was a competitive Martial Artist in High School and an instructor in high school and college. In addition to qualifying for and running the 2014 Boston Marathon, Coach Bove is currently a Fitness Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer. She has been married to Chris for 21 years and has two children, daughter, Brady a 2016 CHS graduate and current Georgia Tech student and son, Davis.
Coach Helton graduated from Centennial in 2016. He was a 4-year member of the cross country and track team. He was a 5-time all-state performer in track, including a state champion in the 800m run his senior year. He ran for Samford University during his freshman year but has since transferred to Lipscomb University. He will be studying Physical and Health Education.
Coach Woods graduated from Centennial High School in 2015 and currently run cross country and track for Trevecca University. He studies sports management and will be starting his junior year this coming fall. Woods currently interns in the student ministry at Brentwood Baptist Church.
Woods was a four-year member of the Centennial cross country and track teams where he qualified for state as a member of the 4x800 team.
